In 263, a light earthquake shook [[Darkwell]] causing Gurt's poorly constructed tower to suddenly lurch to its side and lean heavily out over the well. Surprised, the wizard was sent tumbling out his window together with his pet rock, which promptly pinned him to the bottom of the well. Thankfully he was wearing his [[Necklace of Water Breathing]].
