Rester, seeking to join the Order of Seven (an organization whose goal was to find the Rod of Seven Parts) was tasked to seek out and retrieve a cursed coin. Rester had been pursuing his lead, a gnome who suffered from dwarfism named Joebob, from the High Forest in Stilford to the Ids Walder Forest in Bycoast. Managing to catch Joebob, Rester utilized some interrogation tactics he knew and threw Joebob through the mail slot of a nearby home. Bursting through the door of the home, damaging it, Rester met the owner of the home, Ravacaryn.

Ravacaryn was a simple Aarakocra, they liked to live closer to the earth and practice their woodworking skills.
